The term Coolpig or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of this website, and the term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

1. Content
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. At times we might have to change content without notice.
2. Trading Hours/Office hours
Our business hours and office hours for accepting telephone calls are Monday to Friday, 9am until 5:30pm (Closed UK Bank Holidays).
You can only place orders on our website and orders will be processed and dispatached normally the next working day after they are received.
3. How to order
Please place orders through our online payment system.

4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class Post which is normally next day delivery except for the Christmas season.
4.2 Post & Packing is £2 per order and free for orders of £20 and over.
4.3 Delivery is only available within the UK. Please remember to indicate the delivery address if different from the billing address.
4.4 Some postcodes may take longer than our stated next day delivery. Lowlands and Highlands of Scotland – deliveries may take longer than stated above.
4.5 While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in the stated time frame we are not liable if we fail to do so in part or full due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Handling
5.1 We accept your order as an offer to purchase goods from us. The contract between us comes into existence once we accept your order and dispatch the goods to you.
5.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders we are unable to fulfill for any reason, but we will contact you to explain and you will receive a full refund if you have already paid.
5.3 The goods are ours until we receive payment in full. We do not normally dispatch until such time as payment is received in full.
5.4 If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability we will do our best to contact you via the contact details you have left, either by email or telephone or both. For this reason please ensure the details you leave are accurate. If we are unable to contact you we reserve the right to substitute your order with a similar product. If we are unable to supply a particular item or appropriate substitute we will not be liable to you, except to ensure you are not charged for the item.
5.5 Please check your goods as soon as possible after delivery and notify us of any problems immediately but at the latest within 7 days of receiving the goods.
5.6 In the unlikely event of breakages, please retain the entire consignment as our carrier will need to collect the complete case including the damaged contents. If the entire contents are not returned, we are unable to process a refund.
6. Prices and Payment
6.1 All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
6.2 We accept payment by debit and credit cards.
6.3 We reserve the right to change our prices as they are subject to currency and market fluctuations and also changes in VAT and duty. Please refer to our website for all current prices.
6.4 Discounts are offered on goods that have been previously advertised on our website for at least 28 days out of the previous 6 months at non discounted prices.
6.5 By giving us your credit card details you are confirming to us that you are the cardholder or have the cardholders permission to place an order.
66. We use Stripe to securely manage our transactions and we do not retain any credit card details whatsoever.
6.7 Stripe are PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). This refers to payment security standards which ensure all sellers safely and securely accept, store and process credit card information during a credit card transaction.
7. Security
For your protection and peace of mind we do not hold any records of your credit card details, our system will request these each time you place an order. This ensures that your card details are not misused.
8. Cancellations
8.1 You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days from the day after you received your goods; provided all goods have not been used.
8.2 Please email thepig@coolpig.shop within 14 days of placing your order if you wish to cancel.
8.3 Cancelled good must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation so we can issue a refund.
8.4 We shall refund the price of the order within 14 days from the date we receive the goods back, provided we deem them to be of re-saleable standard.
8.5 It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods until you return them.
9. Returns
In the unlikely event of an order being broken when it is delivered, we will offer a replacement. We will speak to you about what you prefer.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 We own all copyright database rights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and to all parts of this website, and to the business of Coolpig the structure, design and layout of the website,. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
10.2 You are entitled to use our web site in accordance with these Terms & Conditions only. You must obtain our prior written consent before you use our web site or any part of it in any other manner.
10.3 Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or criminal offence.
11. Warranties / limitation of liability
11.1 We warrant that the goods we deliver will be satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
11.2 We do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies and errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.3 Other than as stated elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions, all warranties, conditions, terms and undertakings, expressed or implied, whether by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealings or otherwise in respect of the goods and services provided by us hereunder are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted.
12. Data protection
By shopping with us, you consent to us maintaining, recording, holding and using personal data about you to process your orders. We will share your delivery address with the Royal Mail in order for them to deliver the goods to you.
